# nsx outdated

For each git module in nsx.lock, compare the locked commit against the current upstream tip of the constraint and report any drift.

## Usage

nsx outdated [-h] [--app-dir APP_DIR] [--exit-code] [--json]
                    [--timeout SECONDS]
```

## Options

| --exit-code | flag | optional | Exit non-zero if any modules are outdated (useful in CI) |
| --json | flag | optional | Emit machine-readable JSON instead of the human-readable table |
| --timeout SECONDS | value | optional | Wall-clock budget per subprocess (seconds). Kills the whole process group on timeout. |

`-v/--verbose`, `-q/--quiet` are parsed by `nsx` itself, so they go before the command name, as `nsx -v outdated`.
