nsx module

List, enable, update, and register app-local NSX modules.

Usage

nsx module [-h]

Subcommands

• nsx module add Add a direct dependency to an app
• nsx module describe Show detailed metadata for one module
• nsx module init Create a standard custom-module skeleton
• nsx module list List modules from the packaged or app-effective registry
• nsx module register Register and vendor an external module for one app
• nsx module remove Disable a module for an app
• nsx module search Search modules by intent, capability, or keyword
• nsx module update Refresh enabled modules to current registry revisions
• nsx module validate Validate an nsx-module.yaml file

Notes

nsx module manages an app’s modules. --dry-run on the mutating subcommands shows the changes without writing them, and compatibility checks are enforced before any module mutation.

-v/--verbose, -q/--quiet are parsed by nsx itself, so they go before the command name, as nsx -v module.
