Attribution and licensing

heliaRT is developed and maintained by Ambiq. It contains code derived from TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers / LiteRT for Micro and retains upstream source layout and notices where applicable.

Read the repository LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md before redistributing source or binary artifacts. Upstream and third-party files retain their own copyright and license notices in headers or adjacent files.

The Ambiq Apollo SDK License permits the specified use, modification and redistribution subject to its conditions. Production or commercial execution of the covered software and derivative works is restricted to Ambiq-manufactured CPUs, including in a multi-CPU system.

Development, testing, validation, benchmarking, continuous integration, emulation and simulation on non-Ambiq CPUs are permitted as described by the license. Its definition of production or commercial environment excludes internal development, evaluation and demonstration by the licensee. This includes the ordinary host and simulator work needed to build and validate firmware.

The license text controls these boundaries and redistribution conditions. For a question about your deployment, contact Ambiq AITG. The support policy separately identifies the releases Ambiq supports.
