OperatorAttributes()

Per-operator attributes resolved from the operators attribute rules.

A key the model does not declare is an error. An operator that takes attributes of its own declares them on a subclass and sets it as its ATTRIBUTES. A custom operator that reads keys it does not declare opts in to free-form attributes with a subclass declared @dataclass(config=ConfigDict(extra="allow")).
