transforms

Graph transform API.

The default registry orders static-shape folding, eligible depthwise-to-conv rewrites, identity pruning, eligible transpose-convolution rewrites and, last, scheduling each DEQUANTIZE of a constant just before its first consumer. TransformPipeline expands settings in that registry order; configuration enables/disables named passes and supplies options without reordering them.

See TransformSpec, TransformPipeline and register_default_transforms below for the public contracts. Individual implementation modules are source code details rather than additional promised API pages.
