A host dependency is missing
Section titled “A host dependency is missing”Run uv run helx doctor. Fix the reported dependency, then rerun the check. For FVP runs, complete helx setup and ensure Docker is available on hosts that use the container launcher.
Configuration validation fails
Section titled “Configuration validation fails”Run helx validate config with the same file passed to helx run. Read the named YAML field and the remediation message. Check the schema and start from a supplied example.
The run fails after compilation
Section titled “The run fails after compilation”Inspect the retained logs and artifacts in the bundle. Compilation success alone does not verify runtime support. Check engine, target and memory placement together.
A result differs from expectations
Section titled “A result differs from expectations”Compare platform revision and provenance first, then model identity and runtime configuration. Keep the full bundle when requesting help from your Ambiq contact, subject to your organization’s model and data-sharing policies.
Command exit codes

Unexpected exceptions retain their traceback so they can be diagnosed.
